2 GOP lawmakers may try to slow welfare changes

In an interesting reflection of the growing struggle over providing services to working families and people without resources in Indiana, the Indianapolis Star reports
Two Republican lawmakers might introduce legislation to halt the rollout of changes to Indiana's welfare intake process, and Gov. Mitch Daniels isn't happy about it.
The Governor has outsourced eligibility services to IBM.
